Operator (Wagga Wagga, NSW, AU)
About the role
ARC is looking for a new team member to join our Wagga Wagga branch as an Operator where you will be bending and cutting bar, steel and mesh products for our customers orders!
You’ll become part of a small yet high-performing team where your responsibilities will include achieving KPIs and fostering a safety-first culture. Being a part of ARC provides a valuable chance to acquire hands-on experience in steel processing, pre-fabrication, and distribution. It also opens doors for career progression and development opportunities.
The shifts for this role are Monday to Friday 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM and 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. These will be on a rotating basis.
As a key member of the team you will:
- Operate off-coil machines to shape and cut reinforcing bars and mesh
- Operate an overhead crane and forklift
- Accurately pick and pack orders
- Load and unload trucks for customers or our drivers
- Promote and contribute to a safe workplace
About your experience

- Forklift license and experience
- Overhead crane experience
