LIBERTY Steel United Kingdom
LIBERTY’s United Kingdom business is the third largest steel manufacturer in the country, with a footprint that covers 8 sites across England, Scotland, and Wales. It employs around 1,800 people and has an annual liquid steel capacity over 1 million tonnes per annum and a rolling capacity exceeding 2.5 million tonnes per annum.

LIBERTY Steel Continental Europe
LIBERTY Steel in Continental Europe was launched under the LIBERTY banner in September 2019, following the acquisition of several businesses from ArcelorMittal. It is now the fourth largest steel manufacturer in Europe and produces a wide range of primary and engineered steel products. These operations employ over 6,000 people across six steelworks and five service centres and have a combined liquid steel production capacity of over 6 million tonnes, and an annual rolling capacity of over 7.5 million tonnes.

LIBERTY Steel USA
In the United States, LIBERTY is one of the leading manufacturers of wire rod with electric arc furnace melting and rolling facilities located in Illinois and South Carolina. Employing over 1,200 people across 10 locations, LIBERT Steel USA has an annual liquid steel and steel rolling capacity of approximately 3 million tonnes. It is one of the few local manufacturers that produces steels from 100% American made raw materials.

LIBERTY Steel Australia
LIBERTY in Australia consists of its Primary Steel and Mining operations based in Whyalla, South Australia, and Tahmoor, NSW as well as its vertically integrated steel manufacturing business InfraBuild. LIBERTY Primary Steel and Mining, and InfraBuild are the only manufacturers of construction steel long products in Australia, with production facilities located in South Australia, Victoria, and New South Wales. Collectively these businesses employ nearly 6,500 at 170 sites across Australia and have a liquid steel capacity of more than 2.6 million tonnes annually and a finished steel capacity of nearly 4 million tonnes.

LIBERTY Steel Asia
LIBERTY has a sizeable presence across Asia in which it employs in excess of 30 people.
LIBERTY has expertise in trading that stretches over nearly 6 decades with Global Hubs in Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Shanghai. It is a global solutions provider to the international steel and non-ferrous metals industries, trading 10m tonnes every year with 35 countries worldwide.
LIBERTY also has two Aerospace Service Centres in China (Xian and Suzhou) and Commodities Global Hubs in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
Across the rest of Asia, LIBERTY has a number of sales offices and representatives providing steel solutions across the world.

LIBERTY Steel India
LIBERTY entered the Indian market in 2020 with the acquisitions of Adhunik Metaliks, Zion Steel and SBQ. The company now employs nearly 500 people in the country and has a liquid steel capacity of over 0.6mtpa and a rolling capacity of 1 mpta. The operations produce alloy steel products for the automotive, energy, engineering, and oil & gas sectors, also participating in the commodity market of sponge iron and billets.
