Operator (Chipping Norton, NSW, AU)
About the role
Join a team that places a strong emphasis on safety and has a proven track record of achieving positive outcomes. You’ll benefit from the guidance and support of experienced operators who will help ensure your success within the company. Based at our Chipping Norton site, this role entails day shift work from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, with the option for overtime if needed.
Key Responsibilities for this Role Include:
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Operating forklifts and performing manual handling tasks
- Maintaining cleanliness in the yard and operational areas
- Conducting maintenance and operating machinery such as excavators, skid steers, etc.
- Adhering to safety procedures at all times
About your experience
We are looking for individuals who value teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement and who are comfortable working at a steady pace to contribute to the team’s success.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A valid forklift license
- Desirable experience in driving excavators and skid steers
- Ideally, experience in industries such as scrap recycling, construction, manufacturing, or warehousing
- A mindset focused on ongoing learning and a positive approach to challenges.
