Internal Sales Coordinator (Newcastle, NSW, AU)

About the role

Join our Customer Service team at our Mayfield office and be a part of collaborative and supportive team. You will be working closely with our outbound sales team to ensure customers are having a continuously positive experience.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leader and gain exposure to the rural industry. You will also have an opportunity to travel ‘on the road’ with our Regional Sales Representatives to give you the chance to connect with your customers and successfully establish their product needs.

About your experience

We are looking for a team player who is able to manage competing priorities and open to further training. Ideal skills and experience include:

 

  • Previous experience in sales administration or customer service
  • Ability to build relationships with existing customers and upsell product when required
  • Sound knowledge of agricultural and rural products highly regarded
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRMs highly regarded
