About the role
We are currently seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and experienced Mechanical Tradesperson to join our Galvanised Products maintenance team at InfraBuild Wire in Mayfield. The operational team is highly safety focused and process driven, with a positive team culture. This role offers on the job training for any knowledge gaps with permanent and stable employment, predominantly on day shift however, the opportunity or requirement to work shift work may arise as per business needs.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Execution of preventative maintenance
- Breakdowns, fault finding and troubleshooting
- Overhauling fixed plant and operational equipment
- Provide feedback via the maintenance management system
- Compliance with quality and safety processes to complete all tasks
About your experience
We would love to hear from hardworking and enthusiastic candidates who can demonstrate the following:
- Certificate III Mechanical Trade certificate is essential
- Demonstrated experience overhauling fixed plant equipment
- Hydraulics and Pneumatics or post trade certificates
- SAP exposure, Effective verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong safety focus, can-do attitude
- Excellent fault finding and troubleshooting skills
- Forklift, and EWP tickets are highly regarded
