Customer Service Officer (Dubbo, NSW, AU)
About the role
Our Dubbo branch is seeking a proactive individual to join our Dubbo team and be at the front line of our business. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will manage day-to-day customer enquiries, guaranteeing exceptional support and service. Your duties will include the following but are not limited to:

Providing exceptional face to face, email-based and over the phone customer service

Providing quotes and responding to general queries of customers
-
Keying and processing orders and seeing them through to completion
-
Performing general administrative work and assisting in ad hoc activities – warehousing, dispatch, and inventory
-
Communicating with sales, warehouse, and despatch teams to ensure that products are delivered to customers on time
About your experience
Our ideal candidate will be adaptable, diligent, reliable and punctual. You will be a team player who demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and always goes above and beyond to ensure a positive customer experience.
To be successful in this role you will have:

Experience in a similar customer service role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
-
Experience using SAP, desirable
-
Background in construction, manufacturing, or steel industry is highly regarded
-
Outstanding time management and problem-solving skills
-
The ability and willingness to work as part of a team in a relaxed environment

A can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop your skillset
