Branch Manager (Burnie, TAS, AU)
About the role
Focusing on North West Tasmania, as the Branch Manager of ARC Burnie you will utilise your exceptional leadership, sales and operational management skills to lead the Branch to achieve all people, financial, operational and safety targets.
Responsibilities will include;
- Driving new sales/customer growth through key market segments (residential, commercial and industrial)
- Supervise and develop a small team
- Lead operations in a fast paced, hands-on role with a focus on maximising performance whilst managing day to day requirements
- Oversee and deliver on daily distribution/production plans and targets
- Lead and set the standard around safety to ensure our employees, customers, suppliers and visitors are safe on our sites
- Satisfy customer demands of quality and delivery
- Monitor and manage costs against targets
- Implement and facilitate training and work-force planning
- P&L responsibility
- Operational and safety administration.
About your experience
Suitable candidates will present with strong leadership experience and a proven track record in driving a high-performance sales and safety culture.
You also have skills and experience in the following areas:
- Sales and account management
- P&L accountability and commercial mindset
- Previous experience working in a sales and operations environment within a related industry
- Focus to achieve great customer outcomes.
