The Position: We are looking for motivated individuals willing to train to become Machine Operators within our Wire Mill operations team. As a Machine Operator, you will run various production machines to produce Red Brand products such as barb wire, fence, and galvanized wire and become a part of the Independent Steel Workers’ Alliance (ISWA) Union.
Required Qualifications Include:

Ability to pass a pre-employment screenings
High School diploma or GED preferred but not required
Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift and overtime as required
Weekend/Holiday availability (premium rates apply!)
Strong mechanical aptitude
Positive, team-oriented mentality

Base starting pay = $18.25/Hour with opportunities for $4-$7 incentive pay achievable after training period.

Additional $0.35/hr for 2nd shiftAdditional $0.50/hr for 3rd shift
