We take pride in satisfying individual and OEM global requirements from our specialist alloy manufacturing facilities which include Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM), alongside Vacuum Arc Remelting (VAR) and Electro-Slag Remelting (ESR).
These facilities are coupled to our unique integrated mill, machined part and service centre offering, which allows us to deliver around the world as ingot, bar, cut piece or machined part.
All our specialist alloy products are manufactured in the UK and are used in the production of engine components, landing gear, controls, aero structure and helicopter powertrain components.
Our state of the art machine tools give a finished part capability that covers:
- Complex component geometries up to 658mm (26”) diameter and 1500mm (59”) long.
- Horizontal and vertical milling up to 3000mm (118”) long, 800mm (31”) wide and 720mm (28”) high.
- Internal and external cylindrical grinding up to 1600mm (63”) long.
