Customer service is critical to LIBERTY Magona, which is why we have a dedicated Customer Relationship Office to manage effective communications between us and our customers.
The main objective of the Customer Relationship Office (CRO) is to communicate the needs/priorities of a customer to the rest of the LIBERTY Magona team, ensuring the right material or products is delivered to the customer on time.
The CRO is there to help:
- Capture requests/priorities from customers and then coordinate the start of their orders into production;
- Inform customers about the progress of their orders;
- Organize shipments according to the customer’s needs.
The mission of the CRO team is to act as the “voice of the customer” within the plant, while keeping customers informed about the production status of their orders as well as reporting any delays and/or problems which may occur during processing. In addition to this, customers can use the CRO as a reference point for any issue they may have, knowing that the CRO will try to find the solution to that issue by liaising with the relevant teams within LIBERTY Magona.
