We are a large industrial enterprise that employs thousands of people in the Moravian-Silesian region and cooperates with a large number of suppliers, customers, organisations and communities. Maintaining the balance between the environment, social life and the economy is essential to the future for all of us. Our success depends not only on our production possibilities, but also on our ability to listen to our partners, neighbours and employees. We would like to be perceived as good neighbours who act fairly and in conformity with the needs of their surroundings.

We cooperate with non-profit organisations that have a positive impact on the quality of life in the Moravian-Silesian region, and we do all we can to ensure that we are a reliable and attractive employer.
