The apprenticeship program, which is carried out under the umbrella of the GREENSTEEL Academy, with the support of LIBERTY specialists, lasts up to 18 months and includes theoretical courses, training, mentoring and on-the-job practice for apprentices who want to specialize in current professions, such as electricians, rolling mill operators, craners, mechanical locksmiths, turners, steelworkers, pile-up preparatories, but also training for the professions of the future, required by the GREENSTEEL transformation of the company from Galati.
