We undertake the custom and small series production of machinery, equipment, components and refurbishment of parts mainly for the heavy industry, mining and related segments.

Our plants provide castings, forgings, machining, gears, heat treatment, steel structures and weldments.  Production is based on drawings provided by the customer.

Turning, production of parts

• Turning: max. Ø2.000 x 10.000 mm
• Carousel turning: max. Ø3.000 x 1.600 mm
• Drilling and milling: max. 4.000 x 4.000 x 10.000 mm
• Machining centres: max. 1.200 x 1.000 x 800 mm
• Grinding: chamfering, boring and surface grinding
• Serration: straight and helical serration: max. Ø3000

Heat treatment

• Refining, hardening, cementing: max. Ø1.200 x 4.000 mm – 5 tons
• Stress relief heat treatment: max. 3.200 x 1.600 x 8.000 mm – 10 tons

Forging

In our forging plant we are able to forge prefabricated products of different quality and profile up to a max. weight of 2 tonnes using patented technology DIN 7527 (MSz 5744).

Equipment: 630 t hydraulic press and 1300 kg hammer
