Several of our customers, although satisfied with the product quality of the Organic Coated products, were commenting that the quality perception could be improved by using a backside coating with increased hiding power. Hence, we started to develop in cooperation with our paint suppliers a darker BSC-type (RAL 7030) for which the optical impression has been significantly improved although the basic properties remain unchanged. Laboratory tests have been conducted, the foam adhesion has been validated, and after 2 bigger industrial trials we have switched the production to the new darker type. We hope that our clients will be equally satisfied as all our partners from the trial and validation phase. The pictures below allow to evaluate the difference between the previous light coating and the new type.
