Job Description

The NDT apprenticeship training programme prepares individuals with the skills and techniques to eventually take on a role within the NDT function. Non destructive testing is a testing and analysis technique used by industry to evaluate the properties of the steel we produce for characteristic differences or defects.

Requirements

Genuine aptitude and interest in materials/ metallurgy, science and good standard of computer literacy required.

Keen, Enthusiastic, Self Motivated, good communicator, good time keeper, confident and team player.

Understanding of the steel industry and associated processes desirable.

GCSE’s at or above grade C/5 or equivalent in Maths, Science and English
