Supply Chain Coordinator (Acacia Ridge, QLD, AU)

About the role

Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will support an experienced supply chain team, with a focus on systems, master data, analysis and reporting, while developing your supply chain planning knowledge & expertise.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Supporting the overall supply chain planning team as we work through the planning cycle, preparing and loading the latest data into the business planning systems (including SAP IBP as well ERP and sales planning systems), and working with the planners to review and manage the latest plans and drivers in the planning systems
  • With the help of the supply chain team, continuous improvement of the supply chain reporting systems, including the quality and completeness of master data, as well as the creation and review of regular supply chain reports, such as sales forecast accuracy, inventory health and availability, ownership of the ABC classification and purchase reporting
  • Generation of insight and opportunities through data analysis and structured problem solving across the supply chain to improve supply chain outcomes and supporting systems and processes
  • Ensuring systems and processes are understood and documented

About your experience

You will be a graduate in supply chain, data analytics or similar business and engineering degree, with a strong interest in a career in supply chain.  We are seeking someone with strong analytical skills, who also has good communications and presentation ability.  Someone who can work with data and systems and tell a compelling story on the insight gained from the data and systems.
