Storeperson / Truck Driver (Launceston, TAS, AU)

About The Role

In this role you will collaborate with a dedicated, close-knit team based at our Launceston branch. This is a dual store person/truck driver role, and requires the ability to alternate between driving and working in the warehouse.

The team is highly safety focused and process driven and will ensure you receive thorough training and guidance day to day.

This role is a Monday-Friday, 38hr week with overtime available. 

 

Key responsibilities:
 

  • Delivering orders to customers throughout Launceston & Hobart
  • Pack and prepare orders for dispatch within the warehouse
  • Load and unload vehicles
  • Operate machinery (overhead crane, forklift)
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols during warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  • General housekeeping

  • High regard for safety
  • HC or MC License
  • Forklift License
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
  • Proactive attitude with great customer services skills
  • Overhead crane experience advantageous
