About the role

Join the Operations team in Northam, as a Customer Service Officer/ Store Person. The start time is 7:30am till 4:00pm, additional hours may be available during busy work periods and where other staff are on annual leave. The team is very safety focused and process driven, we work with our customers to build our country.

Day to day you will:

• Answering and responding to incoming calls and enquiries
• Providing quotations and following through to order placement and successful on-time delivery to the customers
• Procuring product for customer orders
• Complete data entry, invoicing and receipt of stock
• Pick and load small orders for pick ups, assist with bundling delivery orders for deliveries
• Assist to receive and unload stock deliveries (some manual lifting required)

About your experience

You will value a highly safety-conscious approach, with rigorous safety policies, to keep everyone on site safe.  A collaborative approach and willingness to learn the process and products.
 

• Reliable, hardworking and punctual

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills

• Understanding of warehouse procedures, paperwork and computer programs

• Strong attention to detail

• Forklift licence is advantage

• Highly safety conscious and good track record
