SAP Transport Managment Applications Lead (Melbourne, VIC, AU)

About the role

Reporting to the SAP Sales and Logistics Team Lead, play an integral part in the expansion of current SAP footprint across Infrabuild businesses in pursuit of consistent and aligned Enterprise Resource Planning systems and processes including future continuous improvement activities.

 

This role can be based out of either Melbourne, Sydney or Newcastle Infrabuild locations.

 

Key responsibilities include:
 

  • Provide technical expertise and advice within the SAP TMS application including integrated component architecture

  • Co-ordinating and assisting with general project tasks, including solution design, configuration, data migration and testing.

  • Day-to-day system support within specialist (TMS) and associated functional components (SD, EWM, MM)

  • Pro-actively recommend process and/or solution improvement opportunities based on the business operational & functional needs.

  • Provide guidance, training and documented support procedures to Primary support and other SAP Sales & Logistics team members to ensure service standards are optimised and maintained during leave absences

  • Providing solution designs and technical specifications delivering functionality that meets our business needs.

About your experience

You are solution-focused, analytical, have strong problem-solving skills and looking to build your technical subject matter experience.

 

You will also possess:
 

  • 10+ Years SAP experience & Technical Subject Matter Experience in a support and project delivery capacity

  • Advanced experience with design, implementation, maintenance, administration and support of SAP Transport Management Systems, 3yrs experience minimum.

  • Experience in SAP SD, EWM, MM modules will be highly regarded

  • Tertiary Qualification in a business or technology related area

  • Able to understand the needs of customers and clearly engage and communicate with them

  • Adherence to and enforcement of IT standards and Industry Best Practice

  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills

  • Time management skills with delegated tasks and ability to meet deadlines

  • Commitment and willingness to learn, embrace emerging technologies, dedication to growth, self-learning and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, in a challenging and fast-changing environment
