About the role

Australia’s leading manufacturer and supplier of steel reinforcing products is looking for an enthusiastic Operator who is eager to work at our ARC Pakenham Branch. You will be a part of a small, close knit team that pride themselves in strong team work, working to the highest safety standards and creating an enjoyable & positive work environment.

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays – 6:30 am to 3:00 pm shift with OT opportunities.

Your key duties will be:

• Storeman duties; picking and packing, loading and unloading

• Operating bending and cutting machinery

• Championing safety procedures to the highest standard

• Involvement in process improvement initiatives

About your experience

You are someone who values teamwork, safety, continuous improvement and has a strong desire to operate at a fast pace to ensure the team succeeds.

• Experienced Operator or someone eager to learn

• Experience in using a gantry crane

• Background in the manufacturing or construction industry is highly regarded

• A continuous learning and can-do mindset.

• Keen to join a collaborative and high-performing team
