About the role

Be part of our close-knit team at the Bathurst ARC Branch. The team is highly safety-focused and looks after each other, taking pride in delivering the highest quality product to customers. The site has two departments for steel processing and distribution.

You will be expected to work in a rotating roster in the day shift – Monday to Fridays, 7 am to 3 pm and then 8 am to 4 pm with OT Opportunities

Key duties:

• Training to master operating steel processing machinery.

• Operating bending and cutting machinery for bar, steel and mesh products.

• Overhead gantry crane and forklift.

• Storeman pick & packing and loading trucks.

• Championing safety procedures to the highest standard.

• Involvement in process improvement initiatives.

About your experience

You are someone who values teamwork, safety and continuous improvement and has a strong desire to succeed.

• Experienced Operator / Storeman or someone willing to learn

• Manufacturing, logistics or construction industry experience ideal

• Ideally a Forklift license and crane experience

• A continuous learning and can-do mindset

• Keen to join a collaborative and high-performing team
