Operations Manager (Queanbeyan, NSW, AU)
About the role
ARC is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will be managing the overall operations of the Queanbeyan site while serving as a liaison between the Manufacturing team and other functions of the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day activities of the operations team
- Responsibility for completion of, and adherence to all WH&S commitments
- Safely lead and motivate a team of 17 direct reports
- Ensure all processes are running correctly and efficiently
- Take charge of administrative duties and ad hoc requests
- Proactively review and implement process improvement initiatives as necessary
About your experience
Our ideal candidate will possess solid leadership qualities and problem-solving skills in order to drive success within the Operations team.
You also have:
- Manufacturing experience
- A process driven approach to your work
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage while overseeing a team
- Strong people management experience
