About the role

Join the team as our new Electrical Tradesperson reporting to the Senior Team Leader where you will be responsible for ensuring maximum plant availability and safe operation of equipment at Revesby. The team is highly safety focused and process driven, and we have fun whilst improving ourselves and the site.

Key duties:

• Complete assigned repair and preventative maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Liaise with production teams daily to understand the rolling schedule, production overtime and available maintenance windows. 
• Contractor management in relation to external maintenance providers
• Maintain all work areas in a safe and orderly state.
• Fully supporting front-line problem-solving investigations and initiatives

About your experience

You will be someone who values teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. You will have job stability and progression opportunities.

• Electrical Trade Qualification essential and any further study will be highly regarded
• Experience with using PLCs for fault finding
• Confident with troubleshooting electrical breakdowns and determining roots causes
• Ideally 5 years experience in similar role within a heavy industry environment.
• Ability to work autonomously, apply sound judgement and manage competing deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and computer aptitude
• Positive attitude and keen to join a collaborative and safety focused team.
