Customer Service Representative (Coffs Harbour, NSW, AU)
About the role
Based in Coffs Harbour, this role will see you merge with a talented team and receive on the job training from day one. You will have responsibility for building relationships and providing an exceptional level of customer service to our customers.
You will be introduced to all the operations and warehousing areas on this site to get a real feel for the inner workings of the business to better understand your crucial position in the company. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7am – 3pm OR 8am – 4pm.
Duties including but not limited to;

Deliver excellent customer service by managing customer enquiries and building rapport via phone & email

Source materials & stock for customer orders, track order till delivered.

Liaise with external suppliers to obtain updated information on price lists
-
Processing orders in a timely manner
-
Up-selling and providing quotes to customers
-
Managing and developing sales growth
-
General administration duties
About your experience
It’s important that you have a proactive mindset, are a team player with a passion for continuous improvement. You will be a friendly, enthusiastic, and tenacious individual with the ability to think on your feet and build strong relationships with new and repeat business.
You will also have:

Experience in a similar phone-based customer service role, sales administration is desirable

Strong understanding of your customers business and offer value-based solutions

The ability to build relationships with a diverse range of clients
-
Excellent interpersonal phone skills and ability to upsell
-
Solid verbal and written communication skills
-
A can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop your skill-set
-
Working knowledge of SAP, MS Office Suite – excel, & computer savvy (Desirable)
