Customer Service Officer/Storeperson (Karratha, WA, AU)
About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative / Storeperson to join our small and close-knit team in Karratha. This role is a permanent full time position, offering a competitive salary plus $33,000 regional allowances.
This position will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
- Answering and responding to incoming calls and enquiries
- Providing quotations and following through to order placement and successful on-time delivery to customers
- Liaising with the broader business to best service our customers
- Procuring product for customer orders
- General administration duties
- Relief stores work as required
About your experience
Our ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, a strong desire to succeed and great customer service skills.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Experience in customer service
- Hold a current high risk forklift license and have forklift operating experience, desirable
- Have a high regard for safety
- Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
- Be proactive and have excellent customer service skills
- Be computer literate
- Have overhead crane experience, desirable
