About the role

Join our successful and tight-knit team in our Silverwater branch as a Customer Service Officer. You will be working closely with both our Sales and Operations teams, to ensure customers have a positive experience with Infrabuild Steel Centre.  This is a Monday to Friday role with some paid overtime as required.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing customer service/sales experience. 

Responsibilities will include:

•    Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
•    Building and maintaining customer relationships
•    Maintain stock levels
•    Processing cash sales, quotes, and orders
•    Merchandising
•    Receipt of stock and checking invoices
•    Maximising sales opportunities
•    General administration duties

About your experience

This is a customer facing role within our show room.  Our ideal candidate will be an experienced retail sales/customer service representative, who has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve and provide customer solutions.

To be successful in this role you will have:
 

•    Retail customer service/sales and administration experience
•    Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to establish strong rapport
•    Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded.
•    A high level of communication skills and the ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders
