About the role

Join our successful and tight-knit team in our Bibra Lake Steel Centre branch.  

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing customer service/sales experience.

You will be working closely with both our Sales and Operations teams, to ensure customers have a positive experience with InfraBuild Steel Centre.

This is a permanent full time role, with working hours from 8:30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. 

Your main responsibilities include: 

• Managing customer enquiries via phone & email 
• Processing quotes and orders for our Account customers
• Preparing reports & reviewing KPI’s
• Maximising sales opportunities & working closely with our Account Managers 
• General administration duties
   

About your experience

To be successful in this role, you will be a team player with an exceptional customer focus, strong attention to detail and you thrive in a busy environment. 

You will also be able to demonstrate: 
 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Experience in customer service and or sales administration
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
• Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded
