Customer Service Officer (Mount Isa, QLD, AU)
About the role
Join a successful and busy branch. You will be working closely with the Branch Manager and Warehouse Team to ensure customers are having a continuously positive experience with Steel Centre.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4pm

12month fixed term contract

Additional Allowances: up to $20K remote allowance
About your experience
It’s important that you are a team player with strong problem-solving skills, customer focused and thrive in a busy environment. You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to think on your feet.

Experience in sales administration, customer service or internal sales

Building materials, construction, or manufacturing industry experience desired but not essential
-
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to understand your customers business and offer value-based solutions

Microsoft Office & SAP system experience ideal
