About the role

You will be part of a team that is highly safety focused with a strong track record for delivering great outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
 

This is a day shift position, seeing you working between 7:30 am to 4 pm, fortnightly rostered Saturday with overtime available.
 

This position will be responsible for a variety of duties including; 
 

• Answering and responding to incoming calls and enquiries 

• Providing quotations and following through to order placement and successful on-time delivery to the customers 

• Liaising with the broader business team to best service our customers 

• Procuring product for customer orders 

• Assist with administrative tasks 

About your experience

It’s important that you are a team player with strong problem-solving skills, customer focused and thrive in a busy environment. You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to think on your feet and build strong relationships with new and repeat business. 

• Experience in customer service 

• Proactive approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service 

• Excellent organisational and time management skills 

• Ability to understand your customers business and offer value-based solutions 

• Willingness to learn about our industry and business 

• Microsoft Office Suite skills ideal
