About the role

We are looking for a person who thrives in a busy customer focused environment to join our team at the InfraBuild Steel Centre branch in Canberra.

This position will be responsible for a variety of duties including;

• Answering and responding to incoming calls and email enquiries
• Providing quotations and following through to order placement and successful on-time delivery to the customers
• Liaising with the broader business teams to best service our customers
• Procuring product for customer orders
• Assisting with administrative tasks

About your experience

It’s important that you are a team player with strong problem-solving skills, customer focused and thrive in a busy environment. You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to think on your feet and build strong relationships with new and repeat business.

You will have:

• Experience in customer service
• Proactive approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to understand your customers business and offer value-based solutions
• Willingness to learn about our industry, business and products
• Proficient computer skills, experience with MS Office Suite and SAP will be highly regarded
• Hours of the role: Mon – Fri 8am – 4pm
