Branch Manager (Orange, NSW, AU)

About the role

A Branch Manager with strong Key Account management and leadership skills, to lead the Orange branch. You will nurture the continued success of the branch, by ensuring that production and sales targets are met safely, and the customer base is maintained and extended.

  • Managing and mentoring a team fostering a high-performing culture
  • Deliver EBITDA result and building internal stakeholder relationship with leadership and the branch network
  • Build capability in team through development plans
  • Drive revenue growth by promoting a focus on customer service within the team and build relationships with key clients
  • Champion safety by ensuring the team keep each other accountable to the highest standards.

About your experience

You will be a strategic thinker and safety-oriented leader. A proven Account or Branch Manager with exposure to people management, and conflict resolution with great problem-solving and effective communication skills.

  • Management experience in blue collar environments such as steel, building material or construction industry
  • Branch Management or a step up from a senior Key Account Management role
  • Demonstrated full P&L management
  • Proven change and continuous improvement experience
