About the role

Join our team as our Account Manager and build on our well-established customer base. Our team is based out of Albury, and you will be covering the local region including, Wangaratta, Wagga and Griffith. This is an exciting role with fantastic career progression opportunities. Reporting to the Branch Manager, your role will be focussed on driving sales for the branch.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintain account coverage of InfraBuild’s customer base across the assigned region.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop existing accounts.
• Follow up on customer quotations and ensure revenue targets are met.
• Provide accurate forecasting to the internal team to ensure order requirements are met.

About your experience

Our ideal candidate will have experience in external sales with an ability to grow and maintain strong customer relationships. It is important that you are a team player who enjoys working autonomously.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Experience in a steel, building or industrial product sales highly regarded (but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
• Experience in sales or account management is preferred (but not essential)
• Experience in CRM and SAP and knowledge in computer systems are beneficial
