Customer Service Manager LIBERTY Magona
Davide Caramiello started working in the steel industry in 2002, joining the Development Cell of the Painting Department of “La Magona d ‘Italia”; with the intent of optimizing the process and develop new products.
In 2004, he moved to Customer Service with the “Customer Listening” function; in this area, the 95% OTIF project (On Time In Full) aims to improve Customer Service with the aim of reaching 95% on the delivery date.
In 2006, he took full responsibility for the Production Management Service, which covers the entire process of the customer order (from acceptance to planning, from purchase to the arrival of the raw material, from production launch to the finished product entering the warehouse).
Since 2014 he has also assumed responsibility for Customer Service.
Davide graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the Federico II University of Naples in 2000 with a specialized thesis on lubrication in the drawing process.
