Damiano Pepi was appointed head of Purchasing of Piombino plant in March 2012. He joined Liberty Magona (former La Magona d’Italia) in 1989 as process engineer in Cold Rolling Mill department.

In 1995 he was appointed Head of Maintenance of Piombino plant.

In the 2002 he took over the position of Global Service Project Responsible.

In 2005 he was appointed Head of Environment- Health & Safety-Industrial Safety – Ecology.

At half 2008 he moved in the purchasing department taking over initially the role of Facility Management Responsible.

Between October 2015 and September 2017 he moved in Fos sur Mer (France) of ArcelorMittal  to take over the role of Lead Buyer Standard Spare Parts of Fos Hub in the EPO (European Procurement Organization).

Damiano Pepi is graduated in Electronic Engineering at the University of Pisa.
